Can pictures of copyrighted material be considered 'stock'? Does the maker of those sculptures actually approve of others using this as stock, and thus potentially for commercial stuff without his consent?
I do LOVE those sculptures though.
As for the image, I would have liked it if it were more in focus and without shadows (lighting) and not overexposed.
I'm afraid this photo is way too blurry to be stock one. Lot's of details on the figurines are not very clear, especially faces and white parts. It would be really hard to reliably separate them from background. Also, i think the photo is a bit overexposured.I'm quite fresh in photography myself, so I'm not able to tell you what exactly you did wrong while taking this photo. I think you shouldn't use flash, instead try with longer shutter speed. But I may be wrong. I recommend you to read some tutorials or books about photography. I hope it helped a bit .
